The 2024 European LEADER Congress at the Futuroscope, Poitiers, gathered over 440 participants from across Europe to advance cooperation within the LEADER programme. The very first European LEADER Congress was held on 18 and 19 December. The event was organised in Brussels by ELARD under the French Presidency 2023-2024.
